I'll try to answer as much as I can. But I don't have a lot of knowledge on the cards. I hope this helps I don't know how to check if they are rares or common. Rainbow Energy says Special Energy Card. Skitty says its basic. Scyther: basic. Fearow says STAGE 1 evolves fron Spearow. Rotom:basic. I hope that helps.

With the older cards rare had a star at the bottom uncommon had a diamond and common had a circle
