Thats because of its size..it doesnt fit in the smallest usps box. I priced the shopping a bit high knowing it depends on where its delivered. I will ship the least expensive way though. I will have to pay for some of the shipping that way..Thats why I added a split on shipping to the US with GIN. No worries, I am a fair seller, just dont have the funds to absorb shipping costs right now :( .. Thanks for looking!

I love your auctions!! Is there anyway you could fold this and put it in a flat rate envelope? Or do you know the weight of the purse? Normally the website you were on says the weight. I think it might be cheaper depending on where it's going to ship by weight? Thank you F& W

The site had a shipped weight, that includes their container and packaging.. hard to go by.The bag can not be folded or bent.. It has to lie flat because of the entire front being made from stitched sequins. The least expensive way to ship, that Ive found, is standard mail. Depending on where this is delivered, it is estimated by USPS to cost $11.39. I know some Listian's make a dollar here and there by tacking it onto the shipping, but Im not one of them :) Thanks for the suggestions though.. and thanku for watching my auction!

Nice auction, but I've shipped a pair of women's jeans that were just $6 from the deep south to the extreme north. This purse must be extremely heavy! I've had bouts with the postal service and their extreme costs too. Must be their lay offs that have caused this Extreme price hike!

Well.. Its not very heavy, 3lbs about. Like I was saying to Sasha79, its the length that determines how its shipped.. plus I always use tracking for Listia. I looked at all of the different rates and the post office makes sure they will get paid... 1 way or the other ! If I could use general snail mail, and trust it wouldnt get lost, Id do that in a heart beat! Just isnt worth the risk ... :) thanks for stopping by!
