or to make your own recycled paper... soak some of the shreds in the blender with some water ,blend & make a slurry, (add food coloring if you don't like the color), pour over an old window screen to drain, peel off and dry flat in the sun--you can even add flower seeds to make plantable paper. ;)

The only crime committed is leaving a paper trail and not recycling it. As the evidence will show, the shredder is only guilty of tampering with unused discards and attacking junk mail.... So the verdict, members of the jury, should be innocent of any charges except electrical and free of shipping charges.

I am still here, and will be for the duration! I have to ask if those pics are you and things you have done with the shreds or did you find the pics online? I have questions for how you did some of them, any hits and tips you might like to share for using the shreds and creating some of the cool crafts you showed.
I am addicted crafter and try to recycle as much as I can, even tho my Man calls me a junk collector for needing to make trips with all my stuff to the recycling center! But you would not believe the fun I have creating stuff with scraps of broken CDs and used ice cream or butter tubs. It's so much fun and I like to help the youngsters make fun things too using recycled or 'upcycled' materials! It helps me get rid of the stresses of the day and have fun at it too. Love the plantable paper idea and I Thank You snorabbit for sharing it with us all :)

It certainly can be used for crafts. You can make paper clay which is very pricey when store bought, or you can even make papercrete with it. I do it all the time. Very creative listing. F&W.

Anyone who doesn't like this is just dumb. It's a great idea! My grandma shreds papers, newspapers, ect. and then I use it for my rabbit as bedding! She loves to make nests and stuff in it! Great auction, definitely f&w!
