This is another shirt that I purchased and couldn't return and although has no tags is brand new and only tried on once. It is sheer and has a cute and flattering elastic waistband. It would be great with a bright colored or black or white cami and/or tank top underneath or, if you dare, with just a pretty bra!!

Please let me know if you have any questions (measurements, etc.) I must note on my auctions that I cannot bargain on shipping unless it is because of multiple wins of my items and combined shipping instances.
