The listing, Large Power Puff / with shimmer power refills has ended.

Power puff is USED. Some of the bristles are a bit worn but you could cut them off. Comes from a non-smoking home.
As you can see it does open so you can put you own special makeup power inside. It has pink inside now, and comes with the colors white and Beige/copper shimmer power
Have used it a few times,
It's made of hard plastic. very solid
