Cat Toys are pretty expensive... For a cat toy, I mean. $10 for one at Petsmart, and maybe your cat doesn't even like it. This is a very cheap project. If you cat doesn't like it, give some away to friends. Sell some! I actually make these a lot when I host garages sales. They're a big hit for me! Sell them $2 a piece and you'll definitely get profit.
