This is BRAND NEW! Only been tried on once. My sister bought this for me a couple years ago and I never got the chance to wear it before it became too small. She paid close to $100!
Baby blue with white polka dots, knee length swing dress.
It's a light cotton material.
The pictures do not do it any justice!
I would suggest wearing a Krinoline underneath.
Zipper back, the straps move a bit but with a simple stitch it can be secured in place.
