This listing is for the exact piece shown in the picture. I was a piercer for more than a decade and a half and have about 1800 pieces of brand new jewelry left. they are captive bead rings, so the ball is suspended in between the ends of the circular barbell...you would pop the ring out, insert jewelry into desired place and replace the ball
