I would not call it sturdy by any means. It is a softer plastic made to absorb shock of dropping. It is in great condition and should last a long time. Thanks for checking out my listing. Let me know if you need any more specific clarification.

Well I definitely can't guarantee your phone would be ok as with any case but it sure would be a lot better than dropping it without a case.
