ummm. ya It comes off of angora rabbits that i have, no I dont kill them or anything if thats why you ask angoras hair grows very long especially german and french angoras I own 12 of them its something me and my daughter do together and we spin it and make yarn and make things for people who need warm hats scarfs and mittens in the winter as gifts around town. I hope this helps some, Ive never been asked that question before.
