Discovery of America (Airmail Latin America) Memorials of the Discovery of America. royal order of the Ministry of Finance of 23 April 1930, communicated to the Directorate General of Communications as circular 1 May 1930 (OJ of C. 5) on creation and Royal Order of the Ministry of Finance of 25 June 1930 reported to the General Directorate of Communications as circular 8 July 1930 (OJ of 12 C.) on the movement of the seals. designs stamps Airmail for America played the monastery of La Rabida (5 and 10 cents), portrait of Columbus author unknown (25 and 50 cents and 1 peseta) and composition with portraits of three sailors (4 and 10 pesetas). prints by José López Sánchez Toda (Fleet of Columbus and Pinzón brothers camera Colón), Camilo Delhom (out of Columbus landing of Columbus and Columbus portrait) and Waterlow staff designs the ship "Santa Maria" and the monastery of La Rabida. Printed in lithography (1-20 cents regular mail, express mail and 5-20 cents airmail) and intaglio (others) in Waterlow and Sons Ltd., London.
