Grunge is what you call that specific type of coating. And it won't flake off. It's sealed pretty good.

Alright then I'll try to get change for a 20, if not I can just send that and get change back. Also, what happens if it gets lost in the mail or such? I had bought something from eBay before and sent cash and the first time they said they didn't get it so I sent more money and they claimed it was lost again and I never got the item and was out nearly $100 bucks.
