The listing, *** Confederate 50 Dollar Bill*** has ended.

I found this in the back of an old desk drawer aboul 5 years ago with a few old coins. Im putting this on here to see what I can get for it. It has a date of 1864 on it.Iit has a number (18445 or 18443) printed on it as well. This is in rough shape and has a bit of wear. It's split a little bit in the center. Any quetsions? Just ask and I'll reply asap :)

1 more way to tell, on the repo's the corners are square cut [sure they can be altered by a dishonest seller] but the real bills are all roundded corners, they may have been more square 150 years ago, but this bill shows all the proper age indicators, I can't certify it from a pic, I'd say 50% chance either way, BUT the reproduction sell too, so it is NOT without value irreguardless of what others say...(:>)

dang, it looks real to me from the age indicators & the edge cut, all genuine, also the color & bleed through on the printing are correct...don't beleive all these people saying it's a fake, they are trying to keep the credits down. I've bought & sold both real & reproduction confederate bills. The repro are printed on a thicker modern paper stock & would NOT show that much wear on the crease's and such, which is a good thing for you...it real!
NOW, the spoiler....condition, condition, condition...[150 years old] about fair+...I won't even guess at a price, but I have sold a LOT of similar bills in the $5.-$20 range! Best of luck with the auction, I MAY be back, I've got my eye on a few other items, we'll see though! F & W!
