The box is a bit banged up but I kept the DVD in a case so no scratches there.

The key has been used before, but it isn't tied to any services like steam.

As far as I can tell as long as only one person is using the key online at a time, there is no problem. I don't play anymore and don't have it installed on my PC. So unless some random person used a key generator to get the exact same key then it is safe to reuse the product key that came with this dvd.
