Brand New, Never Wore!! Looks small but stretches.I had a set of two and my doggy tried the 1st pair on and grew out of them (cause he's a puppy) very quickly so no need to use this one... Again, Never Wore & BRAND NEW! (Size more for a chihuahua or Min pin or a pug) If need measurements, do not be afraid to ask :)

Thank you! I will measure my dogs and see if it may fit any of them. I have a chihuahua but she weighs just 2.6 pounds so a lot of stuff is too big for her. Super cute though!! Hoping this would work for her.
