This is a workbook for depression. The 1st 54 pages of questions have answers written in the book! The way the book works is you read a section & then it'll ask you questions to reflect on what you have read. It works out really well. I started using white out to cover up the writing, but it seems to me just to make a bigger mess. There's 237 pages total in the book. Like I said, only the 1st section of the book is written in & it would be good to use a notebook on your own & write what you have to say on it rather than in the book as I did, which was the wrong thing to do if I was going to allow someone else to use it. lol I sometimes don't think things through. It does have a small section on the bottom back lower part of the pages that has a tint of red. Not sure what happened there. The book is in great condition if it weren't for the writing & the spot.
I really would like someone to take the book 'cause I think it might help you or a loved one. I am now on medication that is actually helping me & going to therapy & don't feel I need the book any longer. Free shipping!
