JC Penney's speechless brand size 13. This is a juniors size not womens.
It zips in back as well as claw clasps.
Has front pockets.
Silky fabric and does stretch a little but not much.
I love this dress and only wore it once to a wedding.

If the dress reaches 20, 000 credits I will add the matching black fioni night size 7.5 heels. The heels are the same silk material and look stunning with this dress. The shoes were only worn twice.

This dress is super nice! I love it but sadly I gained a lot of weight in my pregnancy and dont fit it. Im trying to find more like it because it fit so well. And I loved loved loved the pockets!!!

Its a juniors dress. It has a waste tie. I was roughly 160 lbs with DD's when I wore this dress and it was pretty snug then. So if you or she is close to that size or a little smallef id say yes.
