Not sure what you mean by textured. Where do you see dark spots? It does need a little cleaning with jewelry cleaner as it has been stored away for awhile.

I have sold several items that way and have not had any problems at all. I always have a tracking number when I ship.

Wish you would've started the bid at 2,000 and offered free shipping. You would of racked up on credits! Would never send cash in the mail. Paypal is the safest method of sending money for anything. Its protects the buyer and seller. Good luck to you.

One of the big problems with not using paypal is the one you are experiencing now...you have what might be a nice ring, if cleaned up, even sterling, maybe, and at auction end you have a bid of 555 credits rather than 7500 or higher which would be normal in such an auction. It's because of the cash thing!

I have not had any problems with any of my auctions. Like I said before I do not have a paypal account nor do I want one. I am verified, trustworthy, and honest. If people don't like to send cash then they just don't have to bid on the item. Simple as that. I always ship my items out with a tracking number.
