Im not sure what these little guys are called, but I do know some people collect them.
Its a stuffed little creature, when you press on his tummy his lips puff out (see 2nd photo) and his little teeth show and he does "tones" like on the musical scale. when you leave him alone he says "bye bye" Play with him again and he makes different sounds....He's very cute and in excellent condition.
