Description

The listing, Name that Stone Pendant has ended.

This stone is uniquely faceted and has the color of carnelian and that of some jaspers. You name the stone. But this pendant is very beautiful and I will be putting a bail in it prior to shipping as it has only one hole. The bail that I will be using is 18KGP. All Listia rules apply. The quarter stays with me and Happy Bidding!!

I am really not for sure what it is like I said it looks like carnelian in a lot of qualities but I has some dark red places the looks like a jasper. That is why I said name that stone, because I would like to know also. But I think it is more in the jaspers, definitely not an agate.

when I lived in AZ the jaspers were exactly like this, the gold and red combined into beautiful stones.

You think, thanks for your input but I am not sure myself it is puzzling to everyone because it has that milky color of carnelian, to me it does anyway.

almost looks like some of the agate my boys and I find on the sand bars along the Arkansas river.

interesting, I never thought of that idea. But I am still thinking that it is in the jasper category. Whatever it is it is beautiful and unique. Thanks so much for your input. Anyone's idea could be right, but I just don't know. lol :-)
