This one is tricky with all the elastic in the back and waist. All I can say is I am a 40DD and I can wear it without any problem. I do not wear a bra and it supports me. The hips measure around 60. Im knew to all this Ill have to work on my measurements. I'm 5'10'' so my hips measure at a different place. And a maxi is not to the floor on me. Hope this helps. This dress is really a fun dress. I just have so many I'm getting rid of a few.
