Its13 and3 quarters long and 16 around but it stretches a little.

you said you guess it would fit a 10 lb dog and it is a large size carrier a 10 lb dog is not very big that's why i would like to know what the measurements are from the front to the back and how big around it will go i would like to bid on this but i need those measurements to see if it will fit my dog
