The listing, Antique Nashua mortise (door) skeleton key has ended.
A great example of the Nashua companies skeleton keys. This type of key was used in mortise locks in the doors of households. The key is stamped with the company logo/banner. Inside the banner is NASHUA. On the other side of the key it is stamped patented NOV. 2, 1880. The stem of the key is flat and the end (barrel) is round. The key is made of steel. It is in great condition and a great collector piece. The key measures 3-1/8 inches long and 7/8 inches wide at the circle end.
