This ninja turtle hat is made with worsted weight yarn. The circumference of the hat is 19 inches around and from the crown of the hat to the brim is 7 inches. I am guessing that it would fit a toddler or 3-4 year old but to play it safe measure the child's head. I do not assume any responsibility if the hat does not fit.
