This listing is for the scissors shown, new in package.
They create a fringe affect on paper and though I've seen people say they are only for paper, some online have said they are also for fabric - so I took my pair and tried them on both. You can see the results in the second picture (my results that is) I used the very ends to snip the fabric and used a longer cut for the paper.
