Description

The listing, David Orgell Salt & Pepper Shakers has ended.

David Orgell , once known for his excluive line on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, CA. These measure 1 3/4" tall and 1" base. These have never been used and remain in original box. It was only proper that salt and pepper shakers remain small, yet given recognition, for the meal served and presented was to have been perfectly seasoned. Yet, when one added extra salt or pepper to the meal using the smaller shakers, the host was not offended, compared to one using a larger salt or pepper shaker and bringing attention that the meal was unsatisfactory to one's taste.

Do you know the approximate age of these?

I was told by a friend's mother that these must be between the late 50's to the early 70's. David Orgell was what Don Loper was to fashion. Exclusive to a certain cliental, then slowly became a shadow of the "New European designers". Yet, like a Don Loper original, David Orgell maintains this status. I thank you for your interest.
