The listing, Real gold diamond ring and earrings has ended.

This is an engagement ring my ex got me and the earrings i was told are also diamonds and sliver no markings on earrings so i can't be sure. But ring marking says cc10k. Adjustable ring.

Kaila is the diamond a chip (small inside a silvery center? Or is the whole top one stone?) . I don't think the ring itself is adjustable looking at your pics, that piece inside that makes it smaller (to fit a size 6) is called a "Ring Guard" it is put on to keep it from falling off when your hands are cold(ie not swelling from heat, in hot weather your fingers are larger than in cold ). The ring guard should be removable to fit a larger finger. And they can be purchased at any jewelry store , apart from the ring. So in this case , it doesn't mean it is or isn't real gold (or silver).. You could try a magnet. If the magnet sticks, you know for sure it isn't either gold or sliver, (but it doesn't tell you if it is , on the other hand, it just eliminates certain alloys.). Whatever the case, both are pretty! The earrings and the ring!

magnet doesn't stick and my ring size is size 6 and it adjusted to that so i assumed adjustable

its has adjustable band my ring size is 6 so i used the band to make it smaller, because it was way to big at first. So i am guessing size 9 to size 5. Diamond is pretty very small like in picture. hope that helps thanks for looking.

Listerena you are spot on with your comments. A lot of people with arthritis use these. That doesn't mean the ring is adjustable in the real sense of the word. I think Kaila is going to lose bids because of this.
