This auction is for a WORKING iPod Touch from Apple,Inc.I have witnessed broken iPods on here listed at 45,000 or more! My Get It Now is extremely generous considering others listings.I reset it last night back to factory condition.As the picture shows,the unit is powered on and in perfect working condition.The back has extreme wear due to usage and that is common among iPods.It has 8 GB as the description states.It does NOT include a charger or earbuds.It will come fully charged inside a bubble envelope for shipping protection.I will also purchase delivery confirmation during the shipping process.Free shipping and I only ship to US and Canada sorry.

Yes it will stay charged nearly all day the battery is good. I'm going to charge it fully before it ships so it will be ready to go when the winning bidder gets it
