Get a good case for it cuz I have ass 9 foot drop on mine and my screen broke and I'm usein it right now you can get the same fone for 130 at wallmart and find cases

This is how you remove the other auction.

1.) Go to bottom of the screen & click on "member support".
2.) Then click on "Submit A Support Ticket".
3.) Fill out the support ticket & submit.

is the phone "locked" (only able to be used at verizon) or "unlocked"(where you can take it to ANY phone provider and add it to a plan)?
