it worked with my sons ds that has two screens. Im not exactly sure what type of ds it was. We no longer have it so i cant say for sure. i apologize. I posted pics of what the actual cord looks like if that gives a better idea.

this looks like mine and it is for a ds. if it for a ds then it wont work with a ds lite i've tried.

F/W fan back please thank's. If you role up the cord tight around the plug. It can cause it to break the wire in the plug. It's best to just leave it loose.
