Blue and Black beads, with flowers, Bought at a store not handmade by me. it's Like NEW, I've worn it like maybe twice if that. It does stretch, It has a 7 inch circumference. 2 1/2 inch diameter...stretches a good inch or inch and a half.

You must have a Listia verified address, otherwise I will not ship to you and unfortunately you will lose the credits you bid with. I ship USPS Us Postal Send Services, and I ship all items from the post office. I live in central Indiana and with the bad weather we have gotten recently please allow a little time for you package to get to you. I can not control when you get it and expect it to be delayed because of the bad weather I don't ship using tracking numbers unless you request them.
