The color is blue, brown, violet multicolor underprint. There is a tricolor flag over house of Government in the Kremlin at left, monogram at upper center. Back has the Kremlin at center. The watermark is the glad over House of Government. Few creases but still crisp in feeling. Verified addresses only. Good luck and happy bidding!

How would you describe its condition. It really doesn't matter to me, I really really want this very bad, but I would just like to know.

Still pretty crisp. Can see where it was once folded in middle. Can see cpl bends in cpl corners. I would call it a VF grade. Hope this helps!
