They look like they would go cute with a Dutch doll outfit I got for my Grand Daughter who lives in Holland , that is their flag colors!!

After a bit a research, these are more just a collectible thing. They are attached to American flag colored ribbon. So probably will not work as doll shoes. But they are doll size.
