The listing, Southern Giant Curled Mustard Greens Seeds has ended.
This is a long standing variety of India Mustard. Enjoy it fresh from the garden in salads or on sandwiches for a tangy treat with a bit of heat, or use it as a cooked green and it loses its bite and becomes mildly sweet similar to spinach. I really like adding this to stir fry or soup. For eating fresh it has its best flavor when picked young, however if you prefer it cooked let it grow and you will get huge leaves with thick juicy stems similar to spicy celery stalks. This Mustard variety is high in vitamins A,B, and C as well as many trace elements.
