With the matting it is about 7" x 14"

I'm an artist, so I know these type of things, but I can't really tell from the photo - are the turkey feathers actual feathers that have been placed onto the matting or are they painted onto the board?

It is a print not a painting. But no there are no actual feathers. It is all printed straight to the board.
