I got this ring brand new from here and yes I have worn it and never had a problem with it turning my finger or anything else.
I have recently lost weight since I purchased this ring and it is now too big, so my lose is someone else's gain!

The band is stamped 18kgp which means it is 18k gold plated.....it is a 2 ct created blue topaz in the center with small white topaz going around it and down the sides of the band..
