This is a Nokia 6263 cell phone. It is a T-Mobile, but has a sim card unlocker with it. The phone itself is not unlocked. The sim card unlocker unlocks YOUR sim card so it can be used with the phone through your carrier. This will NOT work with Verizon as they do not use sim cards. I won this phone for my mother off Listia and she used it with AT&T. I recently won her an AT&T phone so she doesn't need this one anymore.

This is a really nice looking phone. It's in terrific shape. Screens are in terrific shape as well. The only things I noticed were an area on the black where some black stuff was scraped off (see pics), a tiny little scratch on the inside to the right of the keys and the main thing is the volume rocker on the right side of the phone. The volume down button seems to be stuck, but volume up works fine.

*Please note: The sim card unlocker goes into the phones sim card slot behind your sim card. Line it up with your sim card then put it in. Don't do it separately. It is kinda hard to remove once you get it in, so be sure you do it right the first time lol.

No, but I imagine since my mother used an AT&T Sim you could probably use a prepaid AT&T Sim card. I can't say 100% for sure, but I don't see why not.

Just because one phone has bugs does not mean they all will. I have had phones before where one had an issue, I would return it for another and the second would work perfectly. Maybe you just had a bad phone.

Maybe so, but when people make comments like that on someones auction, it could potentially prevent people from bidding, therefore causing me to get less credits than what the item is worth.
