It is not an unlocked GSM phone and does need to be used on the straight talk network.
The ESN number is clean.
This is an android smart phone.
The screen does have a slight fade on it as seen in photos but does not contain any projection or lighting problems.
The phone is front camera only.

Phone will come with a USB charger and wall adaptor.

WARNING: This phone does have troubles charging. It hasn't stopped charging yet but I have several friends who have had this phone and all of theirs stopped charging so that is a problem you may face.
