This is an Orzhov card, but casting cost can be paid with white or black mana, so you can use it even if you only play one of those colors. This is a terrific companion card to the Planeswalker Sorin auction which will be ending shortly after this one. You may want to consider this card especially if you are bidding on Sorin.
