Is this plastic, glass, stone, etc...?

It is made out of stone I believe (that's what it feels and looks like anyway). It came from Germany. Hope that helps :)

Fanned! Love the heart! I'm a wire jewelry designer/bench jeweler and instructor and thought I would offer a little info. Even though the stone is a deep blue color with golden flecks, it is still called 'goldstone' with the most common color being brownish with flecks. The blue version is highly sought after since they aren't as common.
The winner should be very proud to wear this!
