I was not made for wearing wedges or heels . I wore them literally maybe 20 mins and twisted my ankle. And my preference is tennis shoes and sandles that are flat....I'm going the closet and getting rid of a few more heels and boots

Are these wide or narrow? I have kind of a wide foot but I can wear a medium in some shoes if they aren't made too narrow.
