Chinese Health Balls, famed as one of the "three treasures" of Baoding China, are a traditional Chinese product renowned at home and abroad. The production of Chinese Health Balls dates back to the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) and they have been made through the ages by skilled Baoding handicraftsmen.
Originally,the Health Ball was a solid iron ball and later it was designed to have a sounding plate insertedd within the center of the ball.
