A refurbished Kindle Touch is a pre-owned Kindle Touch that has been refurbished, tested and certified to look and work like new. I purchased this directly from Amazon. I have never used this Kindle. It holds up to 3,000 books and holds for up to 2 months battery life on a single charge. It reads like real paper even in bright sunlight for no eye strain or glare. Its the only e reader with text-to-speech, audiobooks and mp3 support. It's new X-ray feature lets you look up characters, historical figures and interesting phrases. Any questions, please ask.

Yes it comes with a usb charger. I ordered this directly from Amazon. It is brand new and never been used.

As best as I can tell it would be between $6 and $7. I do not have it packaged up yet but till I add bubble wrap and package it good, that gives you all some idea of shipping costs.
