I have a card for a free "licensed phone, ipod, or PDA skin." My daughter earned this as part of a school fundraiser, and we don't own anything we could use it for. The card says you log on to www.skinit.com/pin. Then select your device (phone, ipod, PDA). Choose the design. Then enter the pin number I will provide to the winner of this auction. The number expires on 11/24/11. It also says it includes the $2.99 shipping & handling cost.
