I’m going to call this book in Good condition only because of several flaws – more than normal wear to the cover, both front and back, the cover edges and corners, some creasing and dog ears to the cover, a small tear to the bottom of the front cover, several spine creases, normal tanning of the pages from normal age (2001), and a small stain and wrinkling to the bottom of about 90 pages in the middle of the book – could be a coffee spill? Still this is a very readable book and I like the turquoise blue cover!
