meaning this is the WiFi Only version of the Kindle Amazon sales there is also a 4G version for (AT&T, Verizon) that's $100 more you can then be allowed to use your 4G cell phone service internet data on the go with your kindle instead of WiFi based connections only like by routers or hot spot in town like a coffee shop and so on.

but ya so this is not that version it can only do WiFi connections!..

but hey still a good piece of machine i say top notch aside from the 4G part other than that this can do it all! and more! for a person who knows how to take things further than there meant to go ^^

The plastic rapping isn't what keeps the device brand new! that's only used when packaging the item and mailing it the the buyer aka me when i bought it! i took it out as it had writing on it making it hard to take clear pics.... and it IS SEALED & BRAND NEW! as seen in all the pictures... but in picture 5 the little black arrows on the white seal is 100% sealed with no tears anywhere! that's the only way to open it is by opening it were you see those arrows...

how the box opens is like this for example a special edition DVD or video game were the cover slides off then you have the actual case! once you do that on this case you then have a new one that opens up were you see the arrows in picture 5 that you pull up like if you were to open a Xbox 360 slim box for the first time now take that kind of idea and look at what i have and you will have a basic idea of how this opens up and then know that from the pictures that its clearly not opened!! anyways i can provide a receipt to the winner as well if needed! ^^
