The F means "fanned" you and the W means "watching" your auction. It's a positive thing. The more people watching generally the higher the bids. At the very least it's a show of respect for your auction, so to speak. Badges can be earned by having a certain number of fans as well as a certain amount of watchers on a particular auction.
