I signed up in 08 though and my account is old and signed up when they said I needed a bank account to verify my Paypal account but that's not the only way to verify your address! They can send you a letter with a code n its easy if they still do that lol that's what I had to do before I could get there debit card cause you NEED or will really WANT the debit card n that's probably the hardest to get but anyone should able to get it ! U just can't give up when the page says "oh no u can't do that " that's. when anyone just needs to call for assistance and tell them they don't have a bank account and need to use Paypal for your listia site n unless you have had a previous account that u screwed up somehow you should be fine.....I dunno why everyone thinks they can't use a Paypal account that's all I have for my $ it is the bank to me lol without them I'd be impossible to exchange money and pay for anything online

U CAN GET A PAYPAL ACCOUNT WITHOUT NEEDING A BANK OR CREDIT CARD if u ever have a problem just call there number they have THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER USED LOL they are beyond awesome on top of everything in your account too I just had a random transaction I went to check it and Paypal had already put a hold on it because it was not recognized and I did not authorize it this was literally yesterday I was like wow I just love Paypal lol I sound lame but they are the sh1t!

That seems like the only way to send money tracking isn't expensive esp if u used a small flat rate envelope it'll be around 5bucks n some change at the most. With tracking n I think insurance included as well n when its a small item its sometimes cheaper than regular shipping I used to ship tons of iPods on eBay n god I miss just printing the labels n putting them onto my bag/box n than just put into a mailbox I never had to go to a post office...cause everyone had to have Paypal lol if someone has Paypal I can still print shipping labels just off their site at least. I'd go nuts without Paypal lol it is literally all I ever use for everything it is my bank and they have better service & protection than ANY BANK ive seen and never overdraft fees lol cause I can't open a bank account but I don't need one Paypal is all i need and is hella convenient. Alot of people think they can't use it without a bank account but all you have to do for any problem with them is call and by golly they will fix it if they can n they usually can lol /trying to end my ranting/// lol umma shaddup now! :3

I total understand I missed so many auctions cause the app is so limited I know what u talkin bout! The money wise I understand wat u mean I had a lady send me a money order and put tracking on the envelope it was great cause I knew when it was at my front door and I got her package ready to go ship it!!!

Lol no I don't have a paypal account but you can send concealed cash or money order which ever is better for u! I get both in the mail either cash or money order! I always send my items out no problem at all you can ask anyone that won something from me!!
