I got my first Bulb from a older lady in our community that had all kinds of rare and odd plants & flowers. She told me the story of how she got her first Voodoo Lily bulb, a cousins son who was serving in Vietnam dug up 3 in the jungle and carried the bulbs back to the U.S 1 for his mother and the other 2 for her to share with family members, and this is how Ms. Jettie got her start. All of my plants and flowers have a story & history behind them, I also have a Japanese Mock Orange bush up for auction that my start came from Ms Jettie Enjoy this Auction and Happy Bidding

As of right now I want have anymore this year, maybe seed this coming fall. The scientific name of this Lily is ( Amorphphallus Konjac ) I had my husband list this for me and had intentions to list one Bulb, it was his mistake and I decided to not change it, on account of everyone's excitement of this Auction So What a Deal Someone will be getting,

I have never smelled it when standing or sitting next to it,, ( I wouldn't say it stinks out LOUD ) they say it has a suffer type smell that dose attract fly's & tiny bugs we have noticed the bugs get stuck down in the flower, and have wonder if it is like a Pitcher Plant that drawls bugs to eat and the bloom lives off the bugs !

Yes is smells pretty pungent, kinda resembling the Corpse Flower scent. The corpse flower however smells like dead corpses rotting. So not a pleasant smell, but well worth the beauty!!!!
