You have to sell stuff on your page in order to get seller wings and you simply go to the saved shipping addresses in your account settings and you will be able to type in an address that will be verified.

Hopefully the link I provided helped! You don't have to have your wings to bid, but you do have to verify your address through listia. Scroll to the bottom of your page and click on policies and that will give you a start on the right track!

I never had trouble with my address. I have heard others say they have though. Click on listia support and submit a ticket, they will help you verify your address!
